Rob Goodwin, Attorney

Bio: Robert Goodwin is an Associate Attorney at Lowrey Parady Lebsack. Whether it is wrongful termination, discrimination in the workplace, or a breach of contract, Mr. Goodwin is passionate about helping employees navigate their disputes with their employers.  Mr. Goodwin has actively practiced Employment and Civil Rights Law since 2021.

Prior to law school, Mr. Goodwin grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin. He studied Philosophy at Lawrence University while actively participating in the LU Jazz Ensembles as a trumpet player. Mr. Goodwin went to law school to apply the critical thinking skills he learned in philosophy to help people with their legal problems.

At the University of Colorado Law School,  Mr. Goodwin took various courses in Employment and Civil Rights Law and represented employees in the Civil Practice Clinic. He was on Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and volunteered at the Korey Wise Innocence Project. Mr. Goodwin excelled in his academics ending his law school career in the top 15% of his class. Upon graduating in 2020, he clerked for both the Honorable Susan Blanco and the Honorable Michelle Brinegar at the Larimer County Courthouse.

In his free time, Mr. Goodwin enjoys playing jazz trumpet, watching television, reading fiction, and practicing mindfulness.
