Ben Lebsack is a partner at Lowrey Parady Lebsack. He has focused on the representation of employees in disputes with their employers since his second year of law school, but also represents civil rights and personal injury plaintiffs and people who are injured by the malpractice of other attorneys. He also advises other attorneys on their ethical duties to clients.

Mr. Lebsack was born and raised in Denver. After graduating from East High School, he attended Grinnell College in Iowa and the University of Minnesota Law School where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Lebsack served as an Editor for the American Bar Association Journal of Labor and Employment Law.

Outside of the office, Mr. Lebsack devotes a lot of time to the Colorado Bar Association’s Ethics Committee, frequently drafting and revising opinions about what a lawyer may or may not do under the ethical rules governing attorneys. He presents frequently at Continuing Legal Education programs, authors articles for various legal publications, and testifies at the state legislature. When it’s basketball season, he watches as many Nuggets games as he can. He’s been a fan since he can remember, at least since they drafted Dikembe Mutombo.
