Molly O’Hara is an attorney at Lowrey Parady Lebsack DeFazio, LLC. She comes to us from the world of tenants’ rights, advocating on behalf of tenants across the state facing eviction, serious conditions issues with their rental units, and violations of their Fair Housing Rights. She strives to make the same positive impacts for employees who have been wronged.
Molly made a career change to pursue the legal field, and she has never looked back. Advocating for community members and providing folks with the tools to advocate for themselves inspires her and motivates her every day to continue this work.
Originally from Vermont, Molly has been in Colorado for over a decade and will never give up Colorado’s sunshine. She attended the University of Vermont for undergrad and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law for her J.D. In her free time, she (perhaps unsurprisingly) enjoys being outside—hiking, camping, gardening, skiing, you name it. The best days are when her partner and her dog—a big ol’ floof—are able to join.
